Marque Champignons supplies a broad range of mushroom products. These are all carefully selected and processed. The mushrooms are divided into various types based on the time of harvesting which at the end all find their way to our customers in the food industry and food service.

Our standard range of products are the following:

• Mini – These are the smallest, hand harvested white mushrooms with a closed button. With a diameter from 15 till 22 mm and is known for a delicate flavour and a firm structure.
• Small – These are somewhat larger mushrooms with a closed button and a diameter between 22 and 40mm. Available as sliced and whole mushroom.
• Medium – These tasteful mushrooms are somewhat larger than the small ones with a diameter of 40 till 60mm. They are available both as whole mushrooms and sliced.
• Medium/Large – These mushrooms are fully-grown and have a full, outspoken, flavour, with a diameter of more than 60mm. They are available both as whole and sliced.

All of these qualities are available in Buckets and Bags.

The shelf life of our tasteful Mushrooms packed in buckets is guaranteed, chilled, up to six weeks after production date. Buckets are available in 4500ml, 8800ml, 10200ml and 19800ml.

Our mushrooms packed in bags are guaranteed, chilled, for six months and are available as 5 and 10kg bags.
